Edward Pellecchia graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a B.S. in Biology before attending the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at West Jersey Health Systems. He is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to practice medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in both Foot Surgery, and Reconstructive Rear Foot and Ankle Surgery.

He is on staff of Holy Redeemer Hospital, Abington Memorial Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Pellecchia is a fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His organizational involvements include physician for the Olympic Handball Team, the northeast chapter of Healing the Children and board of directors of Healing the Children Philadelphia Chapter. His professional memberships include the American and Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
