Dr. Schachter is a Board Certified Urologist who has been practicing in the Philadelphia area since 2006.

He obtained his undergraduate degree from Union College, Schenectady and his Medical Degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, where he also completed his Residency.  He completed Fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN, in Laparoscopy/Robotics/Endourology.

Dr. Schachter is a member of the following societies:

• American Urological Association
• Philadelphia Urological Society
• Endourology Society

Dr. Schachter is the Director of Robotic Surgery at Abington Memorial Hospital and has an expertise in robotic and laparoscopic urologic surgery, endourology, and general urology.
